Don't guess where I'm going with this. As a small company we have a massive advantage. We can hire the right people for the job. In a large company with a bunch of fulltime staff you won't get the choice of the expertise you can apply to a given project. Good though it maybe.
As a small concern I can choose the designers we wish to work with, the developers who are going to work on all the technical stuff that makes the website perform so well. So, not only are our websites bespoke, so is the team that is going to develop it.
